Our Patient Portal – NextMD – is an online service that provides you with a fast, reliable and easy method of communicating with us when it is convenient for you.

With NextMD, you can connect to us via a secure server protected by encryption, firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection software similar to what your bank uses for on-line banking. No health information is ever sent via email. When messages are sent, you receive an email stating you have a new message from Tallgrass Orthopedic & Sports Medicine and are directed to log in to NextMD to view.

Since the security of your health information is very important to all of us, utilizing NextMD requires an enrollment process which requires a few steps.

How do I enroll with NextMD?

Contact our office at 785-233-7491 or 800-794-5242 so that we can verify your information and email address. You will then be sent a temporary enrollment token via email which you will use to complete the enrollment process online at www.NextMD.com. or login below.
